My Question

Hello, I'm Romer, newbie here in Christian Forums.

I've been a committed follower of Christ here in the Philippines.

I hope I can ask some people here in the forum. There is something that is perplexing me for a long time now. Most millennial Christians, don't really know their specific calling and purpose. Yes, we have this general idea that we have to live for God. We are here to bring glory to His name. But have you ever asked yourself if what is the specific mission that God has given to you that will bring glory to His name? Thanks for those who will answer.

John 3.16 contains a wonderful summary of the Gospel; and it's good to make sure that an understanding of the true Gospel is at the centre of our life and purpose.

Yes. Indeed. Without Jesus, every purpose loses its meaning. He should be the center of anything that we will come up with. Yet, the question still remains. What could be the specific mission that God is calling us to do? I believe it might be different for everybody considering the variety of talents, gifts and skills that God has endowed on each one of us.

Hey! I had this same question for many years! What is God's calling on my life? It is a good and important question. Later on in life I found that we as Christians have one main calling here on earth and that is to share the gospel with others. Matthew 28:19-20 Go, therefore, and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe everything I have commanded you. And remember, I am with you always, to the end of the age. The rest falls into place and you just have to take one day at a time. God will give you His peace and direction as you take your journey to doing His will. Always make sure it matches up to what the Bible says. Never stray from His Words! 1 Corinthians 10:31-So whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God.
