Someone created a playground that they hope to keep everyone that can read and has a basic understanding of biology from using. A little odd, but not wrong.

Allowed is a verb.It's grammatically incorrect - there's no verb. Why do you think evolutionists would have a problem spotting that error?

You do know that there is a difference between common phrases and scientific ones, right? Yes, humans are scientifically classified as animals, *insert weak, pandering laugh here in response to the sign*. And yes, we often don't think of ourselves as such. Since not allowing humans to be on the grounds of a playground designed for humans to use makes absolutely no sense at all, it's easy to infer what the sign actually is trying to convey.It would only be obvious to someone who thinks like a creationist, in my opinion.
Otherwise you're just passing the buck (no pun intended).
