My family

My whole family could use prayer. Both my parents are alcoholics, and on depression medication...that is a horrible mix. My dad if off of work now because of medical leave....his depression recently has almost thrown him overboard. Please pray for God to release my parents from alcohol, and for Him to give them light and hope.

Recently 3 of our dogs got out, and went to the neighbors house and killed her cat, now we have to go to court in order to try and save the dogs lives. My mom is extremely upset about it, she hasn't been sleeping well, and her drinking I think is getting worse....I can hardly ever tell with that though, because she is almost always constantly drinking. But if you could pray for God's will to be done with the dogs, and for my mom to have comfort and peace of mind with the whole situation, and that she'll learn God is there to help her.

Also on a side note.... if you could pray for my mission trip this summer I would greatly apprecaite that. I'm planning on going to Peru this summer for two months with Global Expedtions. If you could pray for my team mates, and for God to prepare the hearts of the people in Peru.

Thanks Always....I don't know what I would do sometimes if I didn't have people behind me in prayer!

Lifting your parents in prayer, HeZ. I hope too that they can break the cycle of alcohol and drugs. I am sure that neither is helping the depression that they are feeling. While the drugs may help if taken properly, the alcohol would inhibit that. I pray that a solution can be worked out with your neighbor and your dogs that the dogs lives will not be taken.

And I will say a prayer for your mission trip. How exciting that sounds! I pray that God will prepare you and your team to do great things in His name for the people you will come into contact with in Peru. What a wonderful opportunity!
