I am tired of knowiung my Family is going to Hell - they are all either ambigious in their faith (my mom and aunt) or they are not saved at all (everyone else). I am tired of this. IF you could pray for them it would be cool. My dad is a slave to anger and my sister is a slave to most everything.

CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

We cannot do the changing this is God,s work
by the holy spirit all we have to do has christians is pray may I suggest that you ask other saved members of your family to join you in prayer at a set time each day and
pray in the spirit that God would move by his spirit in the lives of those you are praying for move from your negatives into your positives and see what great things God will do there are many prayer warriors on the boards that will pray for their salvation of this Iam sure please write them

I know that it is God's work - and I have given the burden to him - it is a matter of being diligent in my prayer for them - as things come uop I am praying for them - Intercession, unfortunately the only other members of my family I know are saved are my cousin and his wife and I have almost no way of contacting them - they are in Boston - I am in Delaware but I do have a close friend of the family who is saved who is moving back here soon - so maybe I will pray with him - I sitll thinki we as Christians have a responsibility to pray for thiose who are not saved.

oh, I didn't read all of your post before I responded - thank you for the prayer. I truly can see God moving in their lives and I know he is going to bring them into the Kingdom - everytime I type it or say it I can feel the spirit basically saying"that;s right, I am!" SO yeah Praise God!

I have my mom and my pops going to Chruch with me on Sunday for our Christmas service - I need to get my sister to come too - God is gonna move on them - I know it - I just need to get them there.

Thank you for your encouragement - please add more because I am feeling kind of down right now - my sister and my dad are not coming to Chruch with me this morning and my dad is living in his slavery to Anger real bad at the moment - which rips my mom up. I guess I have to be more on my own right now and talk to htem here before I can get them into the house of the Lord.

Make sure your dad's slavery to anger is not endangering the health or life of the rest of the family, okay? There are people you can turn to, eg. your pastor, and other places where you can seek help if things get out of hand at home. I will pray for you.

He is no longer abusive - was towards me physically (for a short while) and verbally most of my life - but once I beat (or Actually God delivered) the anger slavery - I refused to fight anymore - since then he just sits a broods - it is not harmful except to my moms ego and feelings - thank you though and thank everyone for their prayers.
