For those of you who don't know... a creed (from LAtin: "I Believe") is a statement of beliefs... most churches have at least one (ex: the Nicene Creed)... anyway, I just thought I'd post the one I wrote for myself
Personal Creed
I believe in Traditional Catholic Christianity,
The one true and holy way of life,
And in its teachings, old and sacred;
And I believe in grace and forgiveness,
Two virtues inseparable from righteous living,
To be shown to all, by all,
Because I also believe in equality among humanity,
Total equality, without regard for race, belief, physical characteristic or other earthly aspect;
And I believe in education,
Religious and secular,
For all who wish to attain it;
I believe too in the display of respect for human dignity,
That no person should be tortured,
Mentally, physically or spiritually,
And that man should show this respect unconditionally;
I believe in free expression,
Through tongue, sound, visual display, movement and various other forms;
That any earthly being should not regulate this freedom,
And that free expression is essential to healthy human existence;
And in generosity,
That an individual may give based on what he has,
And that he may not give based on what he does not have;
I believe in hard work,
Hard work, not torturous work,
That a strong character may be developed and sustained,
And that in the face of harsh conditions the soul may overcome;
And I believe in family,
Biological or otherwise,
So no person should be lonely or lost,
In times of trouble and of prosperity,
That every person should have someone to turn to always,
And that no person should be isolated by his fellow man;
I believe in tradition,
That a valid value should not be lost,
Open to change but closed to change for convenience,
That man should not make changes solely to serve himself;
And I believe in goodness,
That which man cannot define in the absolute,
But that which is right, holy and true,
That we may better ourselves and edify where necessary,
That the world, doomed though it is, may be edified itself,
And that God may be glorified through all that we do,
Until the day of revelation has been lived.
