Since AV is back, I figured I might as well throw this one out.

In order to accept evolution, AV asks for a complete fossil record of every species to have ever lived.

Therefore, I think it's reasonable to ask AV if he can provide a complete genealogy of his family, going from his parents back to Adam and Eve, without a single missing link.

AV asks for a complete fossil record of every species to have ever lived.
I do?

Maybe you need to read my challenge again.

Here it is:

My Daisy Chain Challenge

Can we take every single piece of physical biological evidence for evolution that is currently on display everywhere, and line them up side-by-side in a way that can account for every single year in history since abiogenesis?

If so, if I just arbitrarily asked what piece of physical biological evidence represents 494,012 B.C., it could be produced?

Or are there more years in existence since abiogenesis, than there are pieces of physical biological evidence representing each individual year?

In other words: missing links that make daisy-chaining impossible?

Notice I said "every single piece of physical biological evidence."

That means a tooth here, a fingernail there, a hairball there.

You get the picture.

Just lay them side-by-side, with the year displayed ... so someone can say:

"What do we have for 2,580,177 BC?"

And a photograph of that would be forthcoming.

Dating methods simply aren't that accurate. It's impossible to give an exact year.

That's even worse, as you're asking for something from every single year, not just every species.
I am not asking for "every species".

Again, a tooth of any animal will suffice as representative of that year.

Not the whole zoological garden.

I have a feeling you couldn't anyway.

You would need about 3.5 billion items on display somewhere.

From the first cyanobacterium, to y-Adam.

If an evolutionist admits that this is not possible, will your god poof into existence?

Is this supposed to prove something?

Can you show me a complete genealogy from yourself back to Adam? Of course not. Does it prove anything? No.

Records, be they scientific or history, are sadly never complete. We just have to do the best we can with the evidence available.

Have we got objects that we can date to exactly every single year of the Roman Empire? I doubt. Does that mean the Roman Empire didn't exist?

The fossil record, if photographed and made into an fps book, would demonstrate instant arrival of species.

So again, how's that genealogy coming? I noticed you keep avoiding the main question posed by this thread.

We'll need more popcorn.

Mamma mia.

If you want to demand 6+ billion individual fossils from each year,

I said ONE artifact from each year (a tooth, a rib, whatever), lined up next to the artifact from the next year, and so one and so forth.

You know ... daisy-chained.

If you have three teeth, two ribs, and a leg bone from ... say ... 49,625 BC -- all I want is either ONE TOOTH, ONE RIB, or the LEG BONE.

Then place it next to ... say ... a jawbone from 49,624 BC -- etc.

Which is, again, much more to ask than a 6000 year genealogy. Stop trying to dodge the challenge.

What challenge?

The second sentence of the OP is wrong, and you aren't showing me you understand the challenge you're parroting.

The challenge for you to supply a complete genealogy of your family going from your parents back to Adam and Eve.

I don't think even ancestry.com can do that.

They might be able to though -- wouldn't surprise me.

Considering the kind of evidence you expect from us, this should be a trivial request to fulfill.

Luke did it with Jesus' genealogy; and what did it get him?

Denial by scientific methodists today.

So even if I could, I suspect it would get trampled on.
