I'd give it about a 7.5.

It's basically trying to communicate an accurate idea, that mankind has evolved from ancestral forms, but they take a bit of artistic license to communicate the point. For example, frogs are not part of our direct lineage. Something approximating a salamander would have been a better choice (though strictly speaking salamanders are as removed from our LCA as we are) The fish silhouette isn't the best choice as well, it looks a bit more ray finned than lobe finned.

True. There is no observable evidence of a change of kinds, only adaptations.

Not at all.
The "big picture" is wrong. It suggests a direction from fish to human, that there isn't. And it suggests humans as endpoint of evolution. While all extant species have an equally long evolutionary history.

Completely. Except, 1 and two are separate lineages. Three is most of our fossil evidence, five never happened and 6,7 and 8 are the same lineage except the cranial capacity of 6 was 10% greater then our own. Is this a trick question?
