Right now I'm discouraged because I finally got that test I was talking about a little while ago, but now I feel doubtful that it will help me.I haven't thought about keeping a thought journal...sometimes my symptoms are better and sometimes they're worse, but they never go away completely. A lot of times, it seems to get better or worse for no real reason. That makes it hard to figure out all the triggers.

Cool, I like the title! Outlines are a great idea if you don't want to forget anything and to stay organized. I hope it helps!I'm excited to start my next story, but first I want to finish my plush Chao. It's taking a while, but I'm getting closer to finishing it.
At first I was going to write in either a composition book or a little notebook, both of which I've written stories in before, but it might be too long for that. I'll probably write it on notebook paper instead. I might try making an outline this time so I don't forget anything.
I don't know if I'll post this one on Fanfiction, but I should share it on here. I wonder if I should post it in this thread or in a new story thread, as my previous story thread is in a forum section I don't use anymore.
The title I have in mind is "Mystery of the Mirror Rift".

I beat the final boss today! Yay!I had the chance to play through Kirby: Planet Robobot for the first time over the past couple of days. It's fun! The Robobot armor is pretty cool, and it even transforms into a jet and a car!Some of the stages are interesting too - there are a few casinos, an ice cream factory, and cities with Waddle Dees driving cars! Some of the text in the game is different from what I read online in the past, though, which is weird.
...I made it to the final boss, but then I got beat! Now I have to start all over!

I've been through so much of what you are talking about! Changing habitual ways of thinking take time and patience. Don't give up!I should try to change my thinking, but it's always been hard for me to do. I've never been able to understand how it would help, probably because it didn't work right away and because I feel anxious even when my mind seems calm. But back before my anxiety got bad, my symptoms were pretty much all mental...my ways of thinking probably led to it getting worse, so couldn't they make it better too?
I know I tend to dwell on my emotions and have trouble controlling them. And part of me has always been afraid to think positive, because I can remember times in the past when I thought positively about something and it ended up going badly, making it even more devastating.
Cool, I like the name choices and the gemstone theme!Tomorrow I should finally have the chance to start writing my new story! I should make an outline for the ideas I have today. Hopefully I'll come up with more ideas soon, though. Right now I only have the first chapter and part of the second one. I'm also trying to come up with names for a planet and a villain. Planet Crysta or Planet Quartz? I may call the villain Reflectia.
