I'm sorry to hear about your doubts regarding your tests. Yeah, it can definitely be difficult to make sense of triggers and symptoms. It can take a lot of patience when trying different remedies to see what works for you, so please try not to get too discouraged! I hope the thought journal and articles help you figure things out.

Hello Multi, I'm no expert, but I know there are something that can greatly help fight anxiety & fear.
The first one is exercise (physical), the second is Christian meditation (not Buddhist), and the third is the Rosary, which is the best.
I believe they are great, but not sure if you've tried them or not.

I'm excited to start my next story, but first I want to finish my plush Chao. It's taking a while, but I'm getting closer to finishing it.

At first I was going to write in either a composition book or a little notebook, both of which I've written stories in before, but it might be too long for that. I'll probably write it on notebook paper instead. I might try making an outline this time so I don't forget anything.

I don't know if I'll post this one on Fanfiction, but I should share it on here. I wonder if I should post it in this thread or in a new story thread, as my previous story thread is in a forum section I don't use anymore.

The title I have in mind is "Mystery of the Mirror Rift".

Cool, I like the title! Outlines are a great idea if you don't want to forget anything and to stay organized. I hope it helps!

Is there a reason why you don't want to post your upcoming story on Fanfiction? I'd like to read it if you want to share it here on CF.

Thanks! I guess I just don't know how it would be received on Fanfiction (though that's probably me overthinking things). I don't know how far I'll get before I lose interest or run out of ideas, either. I'll be sure to share it on CF, though!

I should try to change my thinking, but it's always been hard for me to do. I've never been able to understand how it would help, probably because it didn't work right away and because I feel anxious even when my mind seems calm. But back before my anxiety got bad, my symptoms were pretty much all mental...my ways of thinking probably led to it getting worse, so couldn't they make it better too?

I know I tend to dwell on my emotions and have trouble controlling them. And part of me has always been afraid to think positive, because I can remember times in the past when I thought positively about something and it ended up going badly, making it even more devastating.

I finally had to disable PMs on Fanfiction after I suddenly started getting bombarded with advertising messages. Unfortunately I'm still getting these messages in reviews; I tried reporting some of them but nothing was done about it.

We should pray for Fanfiction because a lot of people there are clearly not Christian. The majority of stories are dirty or blasphemous in one way or another, and some are not rated properly. The majority of forums are really disgusting. I didn't even know until a few years ago that they have the Bible listed as a category - they are calling the Bible fiction!

However, not everything on Fanfiction is bad. I've seen other members who are Christians and only read and write clean stories. I've seen very wholesome stories and even Christian ones. Those are always nice to see!

I've been through so much of what you are talking about! Changing habitual ways of thinking take time and patience. Don't give up!

Tomorrow I should finally have the chance to start writing my new story! I should make an outline for the ideas I have today. Hopefully I'll come up with more ideas soon, though. Right now I only have the first chapter and part of the second one. I'm also trying to come up with names for a planet and a villain. Planet Crysta or Planet Quartz? I may call the villain Reflectia.

It stinks that Nintendo's online features are a paid service now. In the past when I wasn't really interested in them, they were free. Now that they have some cool features I'd like to use, I can't afford them.

Even though I beat the final boss in Kirby: Planet Robobot, I still have more things to complete! And after I finished the story mode, I realized two more flaws in Kirby and the Rod of Darkness...but what can I say? I hadn't yet played the game at that point!

-I said that Susie's new HQ and workers look just like the old ones, but the way I pictured them isn't quite the same. Apparently the old workers I was thinking of weren't actually robots, either, but I guess they can still look about the same.

-I also said that she was able to salvage some non-mechanical items that were left after Star Dream's defeat...but Star Dream actually fuses with the HQ and then both are destroyed by Kirby and Meta Knight! But maybe some items would still be left from the other sections of the HQ that were in other areas?

-Just something I noticed, you see Kirby and Meta Knight fly off into space to fight Star Dream while Susie looks on from inside the HQ; after the battle, Kirby and Meta Knight are back on Popstar and Susie flies elsewhere. You don't see any trace of it, but she must have left the HQ before it got fused with Star Dream, or she would have died in the explosion!

Oh wow, at last Sunday's Mass they played a song I remember hearing at Mass back when I was 12! I thought it sounded cool, but then I forgot what it sounded like and never heard it again until now!

Back then I was still able to physically attend. For quite some time now, I've had to watch televised Masses on Youtube instead.

The title is "Sing of the Lord's Goodness".

So there's a new Nintendo system coming out sometime, the Switch 2. It makes me kind of sad because I don't know when or if my family will be able to get one. It took us three years to get a Switch, and we were only able to get it because we got some extra money around that time. I didn't think things could get much better than the Switch, either.

I'm very thankful we got a Switch, though, because before that I was very bored with only the same old games to play. Even though we have lots of other games, there are things preventing me from playing the majority of them (and then are those I don't play or have little replay value).
