I live in Washington and its amazing the beauty that is here, the tall mountains like Mt. Rainier & volcanoes like Mt. St. Helens (I have climbed it 14 times!), the lakes and the ocean, the desert & the valleys full of fruit and vegetables, truly the 'horn of plenty!

Great shot. Seeing it in the distance gives it some weight. The foreground structures add a nice color element as well.

Thanks! I had this for many years as my screen background, I liked it so much. I have a number of photos I have taken myself. Will have to dig some up and post them.
