MS-13, or Mara Salvatrucha 13, formed in the late 1980s and early 1990s, according to federal officials, and has since become one of the most notorious criminal enterprises in the country, relying more on violent attacks than traditional criminal activities.
In New York, the ferocious gang established a strong presence on Long Island, peaking in 2015, and leaving a long trail of ruthless and merciless violence in its path.

Especially with the money they reaped during the Biden administration it is going to be a monumental task to eradicate them from our country.

Why is Trump deporting innocent American residents to prisons, and leaving these drug terrorists here? Maybe there's a hint in the news:

Trump, Pressed on Qatari Jet, Says Only ‘Stupid’ People Reject Gifts

The president grew angry when questioned about the ethical implications of accepting a luxury jetliner from a foreign government.

A nation that Trump once rightly criticized for supporting terrorists, suddenly becomes O.K. if they give him a $400 million dollar airplane. Who else is providing gifts?

Only stupid people would reject a gift, even if it's from supporters of terrorists, Trump thinks.

It’s definitely a sad thing no doubt and we do need to get those people behind bars. I don’t think they deserve to be deported, they should be facing a life sentence in jail then deported after they’ve served their time. But hey why stop there? I mean the US has an average of 44 murders every single day most of which are committed by US citizens. So why not crack down on all murders instead of a particular group of murderers? I mean is committing murder not as bad if you’re a US citizen?

I suppose it would help to avoid exporting innocent people who are legal residents,. and focus on the criminals. But that's what Biden was doing, and Trump doesn't want to do anything Biden did.

The law pretty much treats all murderers alike, but if they are here illegally, they can be deported after punishment. That's what Obama did. It infuriated Trump.

Obama’s policy on removals was set in 2014 when DHS implemented enforcement priorities as part of the president’s immigration executive actions. Those enforcement policies built on the deportation priority memos issued during his first term (the so-called “Morton memos”), and focused on national security threats, immigrants convicted of serious crimes, and recent border crossers. The memo also laid out factors that should be considered when exercising prosecutorial discretion to deprioritize or not take action against otherwise removable persons, including strong family or community ties and length of time in the country.

Seems like a rational policy to me; get rid of the worst criminals first. As you see from the news, Trump is doing the exact opposite; he's deporting non-criminal legal residents, and leaving drug terrorists in the U.S.

Yeah my point was that the real focus here is about immigrants, not murderers. People are using the murderers as an excuse to get rid of all illegal immigrants. It’s sort of a distraction tactic to cover their true intentions and a lot of people are falling for it hook, line, & sinker. Personally I don’t care if someone came here illegally or not if they’re not hurting anyone. We’re all just trying to scratch a living the best we can.

Incorrect. Trump campaigned on the the mass deportation of illegals. Trump is not trying to distract anyone. He said the first focus would be on getting out the worst of the worst first, but it was made clear others would go as well. He has offered EVERY illegal an opportunity to self-deport and will give them a free ticket and $1000 in cash.

I get that. And it's stupid. Immigrants, even illegal immigrants, are significantly less likely to commit serious crimes while in the United States. Texas keeps numbers on this, and it explains why El Paso (for example) is much safer than most American cites, even while it has a very high percentage of illegal aliens. Trump has it backwards.

He said the first focus would be on getting out the worst of the worst first,
And yet he's shipping off innocent people legally here, while leaving MS-13 criminals in America. Exactly backwards from the policies of Obama and Biden, who focused on dangerous criminals first.

Sure looks like it.

We need to enforce the law. If the law is stupid, as President Reagan observed, we should change it. In high school and college summers I worked track gangs on the railroad. Many of the people who worked with me were illegal aliens. No one back then cared much about that; they worked hard, came to work every day, and were trustworthy and decent people. They could, with a summer of hard labor, make enough money to support their families in Mexico for the entire year. I gained immense respect for those guys.

Joe let more violent criminals into the country than any other president.

Sounds like a testable assumption.

Yes, I know... "It's on Trump's watch, but it's all Biden's fault!"
