I have a question. The church that I joined is far from my home. I found another church that is much closer to me; it's in Upper Darby right in the next to Haddington where I live. This Orthodox church is Antiochian.

I don't know much about Antiochian church. I would like to know if I decide to go to the closer church, would I have to have some kind of ceremony or do I just start attending there and take Communion and Confession?

Thanks In Advance for your help. I'm planning on going to the church in February.

I wouldn't waltz in out of nowhere and expect to start taking communion there right away. Get your baptismal certificate if you don't have it already, and talk to the priest before the first time you take communion there. Some churches expect you to confess before each time you take communion, some don't. Switching jurisdictions is not a big deal in our church.
