  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

I am in my 40's and have been a widow for 2 years. I have been dating a man for 5 months now. We laugh , talk and have a great time together. he is divorced with a son 16 and 13. he spends a lot of time with them. He gets up at 4 am in the mornsing to work out. So in the evening he take a nap for about tow hours. I uselly to late to get together on a work night. "We see each other once a week. I really like this guy. my problem is i still feel lonley in this realationship because ot the little time we spend together. He says we are exculsivley dating, i dont feel like he puts forth enough effort to show me he really want me as his lady. I have not dated any one in over 25 years, thats how long i was married. I am not sure like this please give me some advise if theis relationship is worth hanging on to

It is the quality of the time not the quantity-you must make you decision based on the time you spend together, can your/his schedules be re-arranged for more time
on occasion? How about off days? How far apart do you live?
