CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Pfft I'm over the Superman and Batman movies.
Most anticipated? Not sure, it changes...but for me, Pirates of the Caribbean 2!!!

Well, at the moment..I really can't wait until The Hills Have Eyes comes out...It probably won't be scary after all, but...I really, really, really want to see it.

The Da Vinci Code
I am re-reading the book right now so it is fresh in my mind and I can pick out every detail of how Tom Hanks screws up the role. Obviously I love the book and am very disappointed in his being in the movie...

Well, if you've seen X-Men and enjoyed that, then the same director is making Superman Returns. Plus the lead looks allot like Christopher Reeve.

Sorry, wasn't a fan of X-Men.
I'll probably end up going to see Superman Returns with a friend, but that type of movie isn't my favourite. I prefer a nice comedy or *gasp* chick flick.

I'll let you all know how Pirates of the Caribbean 2 is when I see the early showing a few weeks before it is released to you regular folk!

My number 1 anticipated film for this year is X-Men: The Last Stand.
While there has been a director change, things are looking good visually. Bigger scope and action judging from the trailers. I only have a few small gripes (certain character deaths) but overall think it will be fantastic. Plus, there's a rumor that the mutant hunting robots (sentinels) will make an appearance! I so can't wait.
Other films that are anticipated are:
2. Pirates of the Carribean 2
3. Mission Impossible 3
4. V for Vendetta
5. Poseidon
6. Superman Returns
7. Over The Hedge
8. Casino Royale
9. Happy Feet
10. The Sentinel

Plus, in the comics Wolverine and Storm did have a moment of romance. It's not really that far fetched. If it is in the film and they build the relationship throughout it could work out.
