Moses "accuser", Satan "accuser?

Jesus when speaking to the pharisees said in John 5:45- "Do not think that I will "accuse" you to the Father, there is one that accuses you: "Moses", in whom you have put your hope."

Now Moses here is called an "accuser", but it says in Revelation 12:10- that "Satan, the Devil" is the "accuser", but it says that Satan is "the accuser" of our bretheren"

Moses is not the "accuser" or our bretheren, but rather the "accuses" those who are responsible for the "blood of the prophets and the holy ones" and the "killers" of the holy ones sent to her (the "church" at that time, the pharisee and sadducee leaders.

Just wanted to "clear that up" just in case it stumbled anyone... Thanks

English translations really need to put the article "the" before the word "satan" when referring to that specific being, if they truly wanted to be accurate. His correct title is "The Satan" or "The Accuser/Adversary."

So, in your opinion is/does Satan's name just mean only "accuser" or "accuser of our bretheren"?

In your opinion did Moses, through the Law, bring people forth for judgment before God?

Yes, he most certainly was an accuser in Exodus 32. He also ordered the slaying of 3,000 of his people for their behavior. However, the Bible does not state that Moses acted on God's judgment. Moses actually pleaded with God not to destroy his people, and God changed His mind and spared them. In my opinion. (And the point of this post was): Moses was accusing those who were responsible for/were the killers of the prophets and those sent to her, and those responsible for the blood of the holy ones, accusing the killers of holy ones... Whereas Satan accuses the bretheren of being selfish and arrogant and ignorant and hypocrites and selfish, and many other things, he (Satan) accuses the Holy ones of these things whereas Moses accuses the unholy ones of some of these things. Accusations coming flying from both sides, but Jesus said I will not accuse you (to the Pharisees),

A Pronouncing a "Woe" is a divine warning, not an accusation. It is like saying "I fear for you" or the dictionary definition is "a deep suffering from misfortune" It is like Jesus was feeling the suffering from their (the Pharisees) misfortune.

So in conclusion Moses accuses the killers of the Holy ones, and Satan accuses the holy ones (our bretheren), Both were trying to "bring people forth for judgment before God", just each different people.

Moses became much "more" than just a mere person though, after his death, recall the mount of transfiguration?
