I have posted "Words of Wisdom" before but these are some new ones and some of my favorities. I know that for the most part this thread will be passed by by a mojority of people in this forum but i do hope that you do take a minute or to just to read through them and find encouragement from them .

Salvation is what we receive, not what we achieve.

Sometimes you have to believe before you can see!

To be rich , count the things you have that money cannot buy.

Why should God answer us if we've already shown Him we won't obey anyway.

Take the word of God and take God at his word.

The charity that hastens to proclaim its good deeds, ceases to be charity, and is only pride and ostentation.

After all is said and done--there's usually more said than done.

There is no right way to do a wrong thing.

If you take care of your character, your reputation will take care of itself.

Worry is the darkroom in which negatives are developed.

"We make a living by what we get..., we make a life by what we give".- Winston Churchhill

Be content with what you have but never with what you are.

GOD gives and forgives; men get and forget.

True. We should never cease striving for righteousness in our lives...and never cease living according to the Great Example, our Savior, Jesus Christ. but, we should be grateful and content w/ what we do have in life~ as God has blessed us in certain ways, He wants us to have joy in our hearts & He wants for us to appreciate what He's so graciously given to us. :crossrc:
