Prayer is a way for the sinner to obtain salvation.
Luke 18:13: "And the publican, standing afar off, would not lift up so much as his eyes unto heaven, but smote upon his breast, saying, God be merciful to me a sinner."
Luke 23:42: "And he said unto Jesus, Lord, remember me when thou comest into thy kingdom."
Acts 2:21 And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved.
