I ran Network Diagnostics and got the information that my Default IP Gateway (different subnet) is failed, as is my IP address and IP address on DHCP Server. 
I've tried to release and renew the IP, but that does not work, at all-my comp will occasionally release the IP, but no IP renew command I use (whether via the cmdmgr window or the connection repair) will work.

And out of full disclosure, yes, I *will* use my computer, once I get online again, to upload, among other things, works that have a shounen ai theme. If you aren't comfortable with helping me out because of that (which will be like 10% of my total usage), don't help me, because I do not want to disrespect the conscience of another.
