More bad news

I've already spoken a few times about my dog Smeagol. Her Demodex mange is being taken care of, but I had a bad knock last night. When I was checking her throat for signs of any mange blisters, I found a mass on the right side of her neck near her windpipe. Now I'm terrified. My baby isn't even two years old yet and I'm scared as to what this could mean for her.
From a severe bacterial infection that nearly killed her, to red mange and now this. She's a happy dog (a bit itchy, but happy) and I hate to think that it's cancer. I could never afford the chemotherapy and am scared that when she goes to the vet on monday, I'll hear the bad news.
