Before a few days ago, I hadn't listened to much music from Colton Dixon. But, now that I've started, the more music I hear from him, the more of his music I love!!

I like the music video, the landscape looks similar to Mars. I like the lyrics a lot, and it goes to show how God can work miracles. He has helped me get over long grudges with people by placing me in the right situation at the right time, as what happened a month ago where God healed me of a grudge I had against a former coworker. The lyrics remind me of Psalm 111:2, which is a verse that refers both to how scientists study God's creation, but also how people can enjoy God's miracles. Though, I do not need miracles to know God exists, and that He died to save us on the cross in the form of His Son.

Hebrews 11:1 (NIV): "Now faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see."
Psalm 111:2 (NKJV): "The works of the Lord are great, Studied by all who have pleasure in them."

Devotional on Psalm 111:2, and discussion of miracles that happened in the Catholic church. Now if only there could be a miracle where the Pope suddenly dropped his progressive ideologies, but that is for another thread. I put my trust in Jesus, not some guy wearing a fancy hat.

Thank you, but it is not me, it is God's scripture interpreted partially by a machine (explanation section) and partially by me (the verses that I chose, and the life anecdote section). When I see the lyrics of a song, I just search up the old devotionals that relate to a theme, in this case, miracles. It is good to connect the songs with scripture, so I try to find the scripture in the 50+ devotionals I have done so far. I have been lazy though, and have not made any new devotionals in awhile. It sucks when I have a bunch of DVDs to watch before traveling in November (4th through the 18th to Holland), and I get distracted talking in the political or science sections of this forum when instead I could be working on a devotional.

Amen to this song by Colton Dixon. But this reminds me, where is our Canadian guy @Martin Barret ? He made uplifting Christian music that is better than radio quality.
