This is my attempt of making a mindmap, for a better understanding of the complex matters of reality. I would like to add more strings to it, so I thought I would ask you guys for inspiration. That's a cool project, though quite ambitious! The first thing I do not understand is how the black boxes in the upper right relate to each other. One thing I dislike is that it seems to have a deistic feel to it. One thing I like is the comprehensive scope. Neat idea.

I tend to agree with @zippy2006, a straight cause and effect from the point of creation to humanity does not really reflect the Biblical Theistic position accurately.

Biblical creation posits the creative influence of God, introducing new information into the system in (at least) 6 distinctive stages.

The points of intervention might be in your chart (and I realise this also takes some liberties with the Biblical account) as:

1. The Big Bang;
   
2. The formation of physical structures from sub-atomic to cosmic;
3. The formation of a specific star/planetary system fit for the creation of life;
4. The creation of general biologos and plant life;
   
5. The creation of higher life forms;
6. The creation of humanity.

It also occurs to me that the 7th stage, that of rest from works of Creation may also be of interest because this provides explanation as to why we do not see continued work from the Creator and allows a point at which observed Natural Selection enters for the purposes of survival in a dynamic system leading to speciation.

Thanks both of you for your insights! Very much appreciated. I didn't realise how deistic it is as you mention Zippy, I will definitely incorporate a visualization more aligned to scripture. I think you put it well Angus, will see if I can make it clear like that. The Black boxes are unfinished and I wasn't sure how and where to connect, so loose ideas under construction! I understand the confusion, I am myself.

Interesting metaphysical mash-up. You might want to consider putting quantum mechanics or quantum fields before particles; quantum fields are the more fundamental entities.

You could also consider including the prospective future of the universe - seemingly set for an extended expansion and eventual heat-death.
