Hey, Bridgit!

Thanks for zapping in here with one or two questions for me.....:p :D

Yellow has always been my most fave colour. :)

The time I get up varies, depending on how long I'm up at night.....I'm a night owl.

I've never really thought about what annoys me most in others before. I guess folk who treat others as outsiders and put up the 'unwelcome here' sign annoy me.

I didn't complete my Bachelor of Arts degree.....I'd done 3 years, choosing to study only 4 papers in the 3rd year instead of 8. Then I took a year off to work, intending to go back to University the following year, but I met my husband and I never did go back to do the last 4 papers. It costs heaps and heaps nowadays to study there, unlike when I was a student there straight out of school.

We attend a church to which God led us many years ago. We are blessed to be part of it.

No, not really, though I prefer mid to late evening as my time to read the Bible.

Late! :D

Yes.....we have an elderly couple next door who are really lovely and very kind to us always. :)

Definitely a 'glass is half-full' person. :D

My father-in-law died some years ago now. My mother-in-law and I have an amicable relationship, but I wouldn't say we're extremely close.

All sorts.....church, of course, and as we have two services and are involved in the music ministry, many hours are spent at church on Sunday. I ferry our kids round, read, post, watch dvds with my family, practise for the services with our son who is a lead worshipper.....what else.....ring my parents, chat to friends who call in, do the neverending laundry.....just ordinary stuff. :D

Hey there JS.
Nice to see you started a FTB thread.

If you could interview anyone in the Bible other than the Trinity who would it be and what would you talk about?

Hello, Cathy! :)

Thank you and the person I'd choose would be Peter. I love Peter and I would talk with him of his journey when with Christ, in particular, and the subsequent path he followed.

Your CF character is wearing a lovely white gown.

Are you planning to renew your wedding vows?
Or have you ever done that before?

Hello, Cathy :)

No, we haven't done that before, and it's not something we'll ever do, probably. It's our 25th wedding anniversary this year, which I just realised is the silver one. It doesn't feel anywhere near that long. :D

Wow 25 years. We aren't far behind. Just celebrated our 19th.

Do you and your family have any plans yet for summer vacation?

Hello, icbeckyc

No, not at this point. :) We live in NZ and we're in autumn right now. But we usually attend a family camp in the summer holidays after New Year, so we'll probably be doing that again.

Are you cooking Easter dinner? If so, what are you having? Or are you going out to eat?

Hello, Seeking1

It's never been a tradition for us to have a special meal at Easter, as we do at Christmas. That just seems to have been the way of it always, when I was a kid and now with our own family. We had a meal with our church family after our Resurrection Sunday service, though. Finger foods out in the sunshine.....a lovely time. :)
