I have been waiting for a long time to take the Medical First Responder course. I have been involved with St. John Ambulance since September 2005, but I need the MFR course.
Tuesday night I found that they are having it in January, two weekends. I have been getting Sundays off at work. Right after I found out I went into work and requested January 13 and January 20 off.
The next day I got email and I have the days off, as paid vacation days.
I hope that this will help me get into paramedic school.
