does anyone alse like metal? i am really in to technical metal and i dont like that the christian metal i have heard sounds like the vocals were made up and they added the rest as an after thought. does anyone know of any christian metal or rock bands that have decent music as well as vocals?

In the praise & worship section you're not going to get as many response, try the comptempory music section ...it'd be better.
If you're looking for good vocals stay away from the Agony Scene. But check out Norma Jean, MewithoutYou, Beloved, Symphony in Peril, Underoath, and Haste the Day to start off with and see if you like any of them.
You also might want to try Demon Hunter, Emery, and Dead Poetic. They're more hardcore than metal, but they have great vocals.

The only one I have heard in the metal genre was Tourniquet. They're textbook 90's metal.
