Members Trying to Re-register - Getting told emails are banned

I was trying the main registration selection and every time it said my email adress was banned. Then when I tried the Quick Registration the first time I was registered.

Also when I selected the email the administrator, the email came back. The contents are as follows:

Please be patient - this is a bug. You have not been banned. :)

Ensure you are not trying to re-register with a free email address.

I had this problem and I sent an email. I tried the next day and it worked.
