  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

I'm asking you to pray for my mother, about two months ago she had back surgery. She now has some blood problems related to low blood pressure and low iron levels in her blood. This is causing her to recover very slow and therefore she went to the hospital. Today she is for her second day in the hospital and doing tests. I ask you to pray that she receives strength to keep on going to the hospital and doing the test. That she may feel that God is with her every moment.

Thank you for your prayers,

due to her being 'homesick' she came home again today. I still ask you to pray for her as she still has pain. also I ask you to thank the lord that the blood she received gives her strenght and that all the results that came out positive.

thanks everybody for your prayers, although it will take a while for her to recover fully she is starting to see progress again. Although she is deiscouraged so now and then she finds and sees God in her life again. Thanks again for praying,
