I usually eat 2 meals a day, I'm not a big breakfast person at all. During the summer meal frequencies tend to be more like once a day. I get to work from 10:00 am to about 8:00 pm, sometimes later. I eat lunch around 3:00 and I'm too busy to eat supper and usually not all that hungry when I get home, or I don't feel like making anything and just grab a little snack or something.

Advice to the majority of people who have only two meals a day. YOu're messing up your metabolism greatly. Our bodies slow down processing food if we wait more than 2-3 hours between meals, which means we will retain it much more.

You should have at least 3 meals a day, breakfast, lunch, and dinner - that way you have something to eat probably every 4-5 hours, which is way better than probably lunch and dinner, which is probably 6 hours a part of you.

My meal schedule is, breakfast at 9-10 am - bagel and cream cheese with coffee. Noon-1 pm, a cup of soup and a sandwhich - usually tuna because its brain food. At about 4-5 pm, I excercise and then after I eat vegetables and dip. At 6-7 pm, dinner. Then at 9 pm, I eat some cereal.

Doing that, I lost 23 pounds in 6 months, and I have kept it all off since August.

Your body is the temple of the holy spirit, and temples need maintenance. Start treating your temple better people.

I have 3 meals a day with snacks inbetween. I have heard that 5 small meals a day is the best way to go.

it really is and i'm trying to figure out a way to schedule that as part of my routine but unfortunately life isn't very cooperative. i don't have a regular work schedule so some days five small meals really wouldn't be do-able lol
