MCRD T-shirts

A question for all you U.S. Marines out there: Does anyone know where I can find the silk PT shirts that the Drill Instructors and staff wore at Recruit Training? I can't find them anywhere online. I know they sell them at the MCRD gift shops, but I'd really like to find one on the internet, specifically a 3rd Battalion, MCRD San Diego one. If anyone knows where I can find it, I'd appreciate the info.

Is 3d Bn still blue? They were when I was there in 1982 (2d Bn myself )

Yep, still blue. All the colors are the same, although they did recently change the battalion crests.

Let me check around. If I can't find it, I can tell you that we will be headed out for a day trip to San Diego in the near future, and I can grab one fo ryou. I wish you had posted this about 10 days ago. Dh was down at MCRD just about then.
