The demons here plead with Jesus not to torture them before the appointed time to torture them. How does this make you feel about Jesus being a torturer?

If the demons said it, it is not trustworthy.
Also, there are quotes of what people say; these are not necessarily so.
I would say Satan has lied to himself; he, I think, told himself that he could take over Heaven. Right!
And we should know, by now, how worry is a pathological liar.

If I had to sit in the same room with someone I have wronged and not come clean, that would be pure torture for me. Feeling guilt is an emotional torture. I would guess that having to just be in Jesus' presence would be torture for the angel who had turned away from him. It doesn't mean he applied physical torture because they didn't have physical bodies and it doesn't say it was unjustice torture. Even the demon seems to expect that he deserves it, he is only questioning the timing. God does promise justice...in the end, you will get what you deserve unless covered by God's grace. It isn't our "justice" but rather pure justice.

Agreed.
Just because the demons were afraid of Jesus doesn't mean there was a need to be (in terms of His torturing them). Jesus never said anything or did anything that would be torturing - even when He cast out demons. Demons believe things about God and Jesus that are not accurate in terms of His character. He did send them out of the person and into the pigs and the pigs were destroyed by drowning. We aren't told if the demons were destroyed with them or not.
