Name: Matty
Nick-name: Martholick (or Martholick the Barbaric for his size and manners at the table)
Height: 6"
Weight: 250 lbs (mostly muscle)
Appearance: Long, curly blonde hair that hangs past his shoulders; Broad shouldered with muscular arms, hands, and legs; wears baggy tunic and black fauldes with shoulder-blades that spike up next to his head and wrap around the pits, giving him a more menacing look; brown eyes; sometimes wears a bronze helm, but only in important battles; leather vambraces and gloves; also wears yellow boots, just like Tom Bombadil's.
Weapon: Huge two-handed sword
Bio: His mother was the sister of Lady Goldberry, so his uncle is Tom Bombadil, and his father was Beor, the same who helped Bilbo and his companions in the battle of Five Armies. When his father died fighting an army of Easterlings on their way to aid in the siege of The Lonely Mountain (along with the Beorlings and his other, tame creatures), his mother fled with him to Tom Bombadil, who was his foster-father for a long time, him only being 10 at this time. He soon learned the ways of the wood, and became Apprentice of the Master (Tom is the Master of the Forest) and got his own yellow boots. After such, however, at 13, he rode off on Fatty Lumpkin, Tom's pony, to Gondor, where he fought in the Siege of Minas Tirith, where he first took up a two-hander to save his life. After that, and after aiding in the Battle at the Black Gates, he lived partially in Minas Tirith, but also in the outlying wild like a Beor and Apprentice of the Wood, he felt, should, and became skilled in the wild.
He's care free, and loving, and very trusting. He often breaks out into verse like his uncle, one side-effect of living with him for three years, and will try to help however he can, though sometimes he's a little more forceful or thinks strength is the answer when it isn't or isn't the best way to handle things.
Note: He’s called Barbaric because he never learned table manners and his appearance makes him look like a crazy barbarian.
