I think you must be talking about Gospels and not Bibles. There are 4 different Gospels in the Bible (I'm talking about books of the Bible). Out of the 66 books, the first 4 of the New Testament are called the Gospels, and they were written by Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John. It is commonly thought that Mark wrote his first, but I don't see where that matters much. All four are concerned with Jesus' earthly life -- the miracles He performed, the interactions with the disciples, His teachings, etc. There are some similarities among them as well as some differences (but no contradictions). Catholics and Protestants have the same 4 Gospels. I don't know much about Lutheran doctrine.

Not sure what you mean. There are many, many translations of the Bible into English -- some used by Catholics, some by Protestants, some by both.

"Kingsfold" is the name of the tune. The song is "I heard the voice of Jesus say." It's over 150 years old, but people still do recordings of it.
