This scripture says : " the anointing ... abideth in you ... " . All believers have the anointing / Holy Spirit abiding in them .

Paul writing to the the Christians in Corinth said, " Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you? " (1 Cor. 3 : 16)

Presence of God on One's Head
Recently had some people berating me on the streets while witnessing but could feel the presence of God on my head which was very comforting. Does this manifestation relate to the helmet of salvation?
Oil on Head
In 1988 I was living in Calgary, Canada and one night I went to a local Holy Ghost meeting. At about 10 pm we were worshipping the Lord; I heard God's voice say to me when I tell you raise your hands and speak in tongues out aloud. When one chorus finished I heard God say, now. So I raised my hands and spoke out ALOUD a tongues message in faith. At the end of the tongues message a man interpretated the tongues; at about the same time I felt like “warm light oil” had been poured on my head. As the "oil" moved the interface between the oil and air seemed to be a wavy line around my nose/ beard area.
Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity! 2 It is like the precious ointment upon the head, that ran down upon the beard, even Aaron's beard: that went down to the skirts of his garments; (Psalm 133: 1, 2)
…thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over. ( Psalm 23: 5b )
Heat in Chest
On the evening of May 24th, 1738 John Wesley is reported ( 1) to have attended a meeting in Aldersgate. Someone read from Luther's Preface to the Epistle to Romans. About 8:45 p.m. while he was describing the change which God works in the heart through faith in Christ,John said “ I felt my heart strangely warmed. I felt I did trust in Christ, Christ alone for salvation; and an assurance was given me that He had taken away my sins, even mine, and saved me from the law of sin and death."
I have also felt at times medium/ strong heat in my chest area.

Still Small Voice
The marginal reading of some King James Bibles says God spoke to Elijah " …in a delicate whisper as the breeze among the leaves." ( 1 Kings 19: 12 ).

Warm Wind Blowing
Have experienced wind blowing off a letter and in a building. Also someone told me that she had experienced a warm wind blowing off a person outside during a cool day.
Articulate Speech
I have heard street preachers speak in a fluent way while preaching but afterwards in conversation their speech has a stutter, etc.

On Bernera, a small island off the coast of Lewis, c 1950." ... leaning over the pulpit he said: ` Donald will you lead us in prayer " The lad rose to his feet and in his prayer made reference to the fourth chapter of Revelation, which he had been reading that morning; ` O God, I seem to be gazing through the open door. I see the Lamb in the midst of the Throne, with the keys of death and of hell at his girdle. 'He began to sob; then lifting his eyes toward heaven, cried ` O God , there is power there, let it loose !! With the force of a hurricane the Spirit of God swept into the building and the floodgates of heaven opened. The church resembled a battlefield. On one side many were prostrated over the seats weeping and sighing; on the other side...
Variations In The Anointing
People that have been praying and fasting will often experience a higher level of manifestation in the anointing. Other times, we can experience a higher level of anointing when we have times of persecutions and trials.
