A friend bought my son Manga Messiah and he loved it. What else would you recommend in this genre that is Biblically-based? Thanks!

No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

I haven't read Manga Messiah. Is it any good?
Well, there isn't a huge amount of Christian manga since manga orginates from Japan which Christians are in the minority.
However, I've heard that Serenity is a Christian manga, not sure if it's any good or not.

Yes it is really great actually. Another friend told me about the Manga Bible series and we picked up a couple of those. It's a great series, and it has my 11 year reading these Bible stories ravenously!

ServantOfYeshua 2 things while Trinity Blood does use some Christian imagery and references especialy related to the Catholic church it's not really a christian anime and secondly the show is probably way to violent for 11 year old unles your already letting him play alot of M-rated games and watch horror movies.

Hehe, I find it funny that you recommended Trinity Blood as a Christian anime 
Don't get me wrong, it's a good anime but it deals more with vampires than Christianity.

Heck you might as well say Trigun is Christian anime afterall there are 2 preachers in it Nicholas D. Wolfwood and Chapel the Evergreen heck they both even carry a large cross with them where ever they go like the size you execpt to find a church. For those no familar with the series there both assasians and Wolfwood's cross has a built in machine gun, rockect launcher and the sides hold several colt handguns while Evergreen cross has a pair of machine guns.
Also just to be clear I like both Trinity Blood and Trigun and own boths series.

Serenity is a good one. I've yet to finish all the books. You have to order on some online store like Amazon or something-RealBuzz Studios is having financial problems.
