When someone dosnt trust the governemt for good reason

When they dont trust the medical industry or big pharma... for good reason

And when they question the ethical implications of vaccines... for good reason

I think they are entirely justified in rejecting vaccines if they want to.

I think we all agree vaccines in principle are a good idea but to mandate them is inacceptable in my opinion.. maybe not yours but you dont run my life or my childrens lives and i reject anyone or any government who seeks to enforce something on the bodily autonomy of others including abortion on unborn children... you see i am pro choice and i am pro life... because i am pro human being and all human beings have rights from conception to natural death

Her statement was based on you saying it was a birth control shot. Gardasil is a vaccine. Gardasil is not a birth control medication.

At the time I did not know too much about it and am still in a learning curve about it, but it was the doctor called it and named it. So I would say he did a poor job of doing his job

They should be mandatory in as far as that if you want to put your kids in a public school system. It's a public health and safety issue. I'm an American living in Mexico and here vaccines are free of charge to the public and mandatory for children to go to school, and it's not an issue. Why? Because people remember, not that long ago, when babies and young children died from these diseases. There are enough REAL problems in this world to work on without creating ones that don't exist. Of course, I'm not referring to instances when children have a medical reason not to get vaccinated.

You're not telling the whole story. The disciplinary case, against the doctors, centred on how they conducted their work, not on the legitimacy of the paper itself, which has been universally discredited. He was a victim, in a way, of Andrew Wakefield's, because he was brought down, by Wakefield's lies & manipulative behaviour. The judge said the panel should have decided whether Prof Walker Smith, had told the truth about his intentions when he carried out treatments, before striking him from the regstiry. His intentions were true, as he hadn't realised he'd been deceived by Wakefield.

Wakefield has been involved, in several court cases, so it's untrue to say he was penniless and couldn't fight it. He lost his cases.

On the contrary, I've quoted you from the Pontifical Acadamy's paper where it explicitly says that you should not exercise conscientious objection where it puts others at risk, particularly in the case of rubella, and that if you do then you are responsible for the deformity, disability or abortion of any child that results from it.

The paper says you should where there is another alternative you can take instead, and that you may when there isn't a risk to others (though it doesn't give an example, tetanus would be such an example). At no point does it say that you have a right - there is no language of rights anywhere in the document; it simply does not address that question. The language of rights came from commentary about the document by people who wanted the Academy to say one must not take said vaccines so that they were exempt from legal mandates to do so. The Academy knowingly choose not to say that.

I understand the concern for others... but i didnt make the diseases i dont want to infect other people and i dont want to catch it... but you cant legislate for bad luck... there are many more deaths from traffic accidents are we going to force people to stop driving.... or a better senario... are we going to make cars out of aborted baby flesh because its softer and is less likely to kill someone if we crash into them... well first off i dont think its ethical to have cars made from aborted baby flesh and i am going to question the safty of the car if i crash into a wall. ..... bad stuff happens in life but we cant start forcing people to give up their liberty... you have no right to force me to have the mmr... and i would homeschool but they are going to make that illegal too... so no choice is there?

Despite all the arguments for or against getting a vaccine.... lets break it down to its bare bones

What we are talking about is giving the government the power to force people against their wishes to be injected with whatever the government decides.... i dont trust the government that much... snd you may say oh its only this vaccine or that vaccine.... yes at the minute but what happens when they say every 50yr old has to have an injection to be terminated as they are no longer usefull... or when masses of people are unemployed because robots have takrn their jobs...people selected for iq scores racial identity.... dont you understand these people want control over humanity... they decide who lives...who dies....when or where...thats what abortion is about... its what euthenasia is about... its what the lies about over population are about.... they want to kill you..... oh no our governmemt loves us they care deeply about the children....as they kill millions of childrrn everyday..... as to any proposal for so called mandatory vaccinations, we need to examine exactly what the proposal or legislation is. What are the actual penalties for not complying?

It's perfectly reasonable to say "a child may not put others at risk by attending school without taking the proper precautions against these diseases".
