Major Praise Today

I don't know if you've all been listening but we've been trying to sell our house and it's been very difficult on me. I've been finding it hard to leave my house every time there is a showing because that is when I am most stressed and my house is my place of refuge.

WELL...

A friend came over last week and gave us some pointers on what we could do to make the house more appealing.

AND....

The first people through after this sent us an offer. I don't know if our counter will be accepted and it's conditional on the sale of their house but we've gotten an offer. HALELLUJAH

GOD is GREAT!!

I don't think I'll be so stressed during showings now. It'll be a little more easy especially if they accept out counter offer.

Please pray that they accept our counter offer.

Update: The offer was accepted. We got a price we can accept not one we love but one we can accept. Now they have to sell their house. Their house looks really nice from the listing. I hope and pray it is a quick sell.

We've had one showing since the accepted offer. I was still quite stressed. I think I was so stressed because everyone at my house was so relaxed and did nothing. I think I will have to inject some artificial stress into the situation.

-->Stewart what would you rather do vacuuming or floors?
-->John could you tidy the living room and basement?
-->Karen can you vacuum your room?

I think that will maybe make things better.
