The Chaplet of the Precious Blood and the Chaplet to St Michael [which seeks humility via the prayers of Angels] and of course the Chaplet to the Precious Blood definitely is for prayers for so many maledictions.

Amen to this, my brother. Man, I love the Bible. Here is another verse, that can be summed up as "pride comes before the fall". In fact, the devil himself fell due to his own pride.

Proverbs 11:2 (NKJV): "When pride comes, then comes shame; But with the humble is wisdom."

Isaiah 14:12-14 (NKJV): "How you are fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! How you are cut down to the ground, You who weakened the nations! For you have said in your heart: 'I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God; I will also sit on the mount of the congregation On the farthest sides of the north; I will ascend above the heights of the clouds, I will be like the Most High.'"

In need to get back into the habit of reading the Bible daily. I used to follow the daily office from the Book of Common Prayer (Episcopal). My prayer life is lazy as of yet.
