That same Psalm came to my mind this morning. It's easy to get worked up over this, it's better to remember that God is in control, and laughs at puny man's feeble defiance.

This seems to be one of those situations where one wants to pull their loved ones close, and close off yet another avenue to the world system.

While i refrain from making any eschatological inferences at this time, i do see a situation where persecution will increase. Of course it is pretty hard to force a pastor jailed for contempt of court to perform any marriage that he finds objectionable. The response is simple "What are you going to do about it if i refuse Your Honour? Throw me in jail? You already did that."

It is ironic that these reprobates use the rainbow. The rainbow is a sign of the Noahic Covenant. This covenant includes the promise that God will never destroy the Earth with flood waters again. Instead when sin ripens again, he will destroy the Earth with fire. It is curious irony that the worst sinners wear the emblem of this covenant.
