  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
  • We hope the site problems here are now solved, however, if you still have any issues, please start a ticket in Contact Us

I am just wondering, when did you start to say I love you, or have you. What do you mean by those words? Do you go by deffinitions? or more by just how you feel...

ever heard of
Raya (Ri ya) Friendship/family
Ahava (a chhava) commited in releationship... could mean dating or rather engaged
dode (doe d) physical love... (save it for marrige)

the three types of love

my bf and i started saying i love you to each other after 3 months of dating. to me saying i love you is such a huge word, you really got to mean it. it's really hard to say what those mean and how they feel since they have so much power...you know? like when your dreaming of some thing so great but wake up and see nothings there, so with true love it's like a dream come true the kind you don't wake up from, i think love is one of the most deepest feelings of all...the world just seems much happier when you love some one and you get that love back. :)

Every dream of the rest of your life in which the absence of a particular person sees to it that the dream is sometimes or oft plagued with nightmare, would be something I would call love.

The willingness, but not just so, the desire, but not just so, and the choice, but not just so, but rather these and more to take the place of a particular person and accept what would befall upon them to befall upon you to spare them, would be something I would call love.

Both of these together I would call a great love, but I believe that only the second is found in the Bible as evidenced by Jesus’s declamation that ‘if you love someone, be prepared to die for them’ and then His subsequent choice to allow Himself to be the Lamb so that we all (the ones He loved) might be saved so as to spend an eternity where we were meant to spend it.

Perfect and true love is described in 1 Corinthians 13. I believe we can come close to this, but because we are sinful and imperfect our love will always be flawed. My fiancee and I knew we were in love very early on. Two and a half weeks after we met he wrote me and e-mail telling me he was falling in love with me. This was actually the point when we became bf and gf.

Me and my fiance said I love you after 2 weeks together. Our feelings happened fast and it was really scary. We struggled for a few days about it because we know that we were falling in love. We just did not want to say that we loved eachother if it wasnt really love. But we have been together for 2 years now. I feel that love is something you feel empty without. Something you need...it can come from god or a relationship. Love is simple.
