The perfect Poet (Jesus) found me while I was seeking for the perfect poem (artistic perfection). He is the Great Artist.

Yes, of course. I was thinking something else. He is the ultimate Seeker. I am thinking of the words from the old hymn, "He sought me and bought me with His redeeming blood. He loved me 'ere I knew Him and all my love is due Him." From the song "Victory in Jesus"

When an aspiring unsaved artist is attempting to paint that 'perfect picture' (or whatever), upon conversion he sees that the art of the true Artist is so far beyond human attainment that his art from thenceforth only seeks to glorify the True Artist.
