I currently have two 15 lb plates and 10 lb dumbells. I'm thinking about buying some more plates and 1 or 2 sets of dumbells. How much weight would i get? I was thinking about 25/35 plates and 15/20 dumbells.
Any advice? (If I find a cheap weight set I'll prolly pick that up)
EDIT: I currently weigh around 120 and I'm interested in building strength.
