What I am looking for, in part, is a history of the church during the years fo the Inquisition. In looking, I find Catholic sites that seem to water the histoory down alot, while emphasizing the bad things down by Protestants. I guess I would like a less biased view.
Any other sites than those above?

Take a look at this site for some audio on the reformation:

The series is about church history going back to the early church, but it does have some on the Reformation.

Yeah, I was going to recommend Schaff's work. You can also get his work as a plug-in to E-Sword, which is a Bible program that is free to download and use: www.e-sword.net.
