Logon trouble

My Bananna account gave me a five try block out and I can't seem to log in. It keeps telling me a full day later that i'm in a 15 minute wait for logging on because i tried five times. Even though I had tried just once.

I thought it a glitch and tried again so it says i tried five times.

Anyhow.. can someone email me a way to reset my password for Bananna.
