Also, I just found out about the band Planetshakers from what i've heard so far, they are an upbeat worship band. They are the kind of band that I really like

You know what's weird? I never really started listening to music until I was about 14! Now, I love music.. it helps me so much with getting closer to God, and it always bring my mood up if i'm down

Exactly. I tell people this all the time. It never ceases to amaze me how listening to Christian music can be a sustaining force in itself. It should never replace prayer and immersing ourselves in the Word but to me, it's one of the most affective ways to bridge the gaps in between.

What also amazes me is the many Christians who ... for whatever reason ... are missing out. It won't be long though. There are too many good artists and musicians that are being led by the Spirit and it cannot be stopped.
