It would be almost similar to cloning. Everyone is going to have the same alleles for their genes. Even if God created Adam and Eve heterozygous for some traits (e.g. so that between them they would have both brown & blue eyes genotypes), the maximum number of alternatives for any trait is four.
Now whether or not this is bad depends on whether or not any of those alleles decreases fitness.
