Adam had a choice. You're argument is that because God knew Adam would disobey Adam had no choice. I don't see it holding much water.

My problem is, Adam 'never' had a choice, the future was known. There really was no reason to create Satan, nor the tree. He had creation complete, in all its glory. End of story.
Your prayers may be answered, but what about the millions that aren't? If they're answered, you praise God. If they aren't, it's God's will.
What comes to mind is 2 Samuel 12:15-23. David prayed for his son's health, he died, and then stopped weeping. He essentially said, nothing I can do, I'll just meet him in heaven. I think there's a lot of emotional and psychological factors involved in such a scenario that eases the mind.

So its a tie. Both of them must evolve some mechanism how to solve this tie and survive. For example, rats multiply at the speed of light. If there would be a hole 1centimeter wide and I would throw millions of various objects at it, with different shapes and sizes, the ones who would go through would look "designed for this hole". Even though in reality it would not be designed for it at all.

We do not have to accept cosmology or other "science" of people who lived 4,000 years ago.
Nobody is able to watch all mutations that happen every second all over the planet. Beneficial mutations are the ones that survive, logically, so we can see mainly them. Harmful mutations lead to death of the creature or species.You're other problem is when you try to modify the trend. Simply put, there isn't enough beneficial mutations. I've already showed you a harmful or neutral mutation would occur long, long before and stop the increased benefit the trend is providing.

I trust them that when they saw an empty tomb, it was an emty tomb, when they saw Jesus eating with them, it was Jesus eating with them etc., their knowledge was sufficient for such conclusions.
