Liberal Minnonites

Hello,

I am new the North West Arkansas area and have been looking for a group of Anabaptist who are more liberal in their dress.

I believe in the doctrinal teachings that Mennonites follow, with the exception of clothing. I don't believe that women have to wear dresses in order to be modest or dressed as a women. There is clothing outside of dresses and skirt that is very feminine and is not at all mistaken for mens clothing. I am not personally against wearing dresses, but it's not always practical due to work requirements.

I also am I single, divorced mother. He committed adultry and is abusive. My conscience is clear regarding my divorce because it was due to his actions, not mine.

in the untied states you'll probably be able to find what you want. from what i've read though it won't be like the original anabaptists nor like the believers in the N.T. .
