I opened this thread with this song by Jeremy Camp. I know it's here, but I am persuaded this is the song I need to put here right now at this time in my life in view of what is transpiring here at CF. This version is by New Life Worship.

Jesus is Lord. He is awesome in power. He is the victor and I am victorious through Him. He reigns. The Father's plan WILL come to pass.

The Lord gave me a vision this past Sunday while we sang this in church. I stopped singing to hear and see what He was showing me as we sang about Jesus awesome and great power - Jesus, who overcame.

I saw myself in such a high place, a place of perfect peace and rest, a place of authority. The power of it and this seat was marvelous, yet it wasn't "frilly" or "way out there". It was simple and true. So natural. Anyway, from this place I could see before me a small flimsy box. Inside it were stupid thoughts, lies, and such, and I saw how I had the ability to take any thought as if it were a tangible object, and put it in that box. All I had to do with any thought that was not God's thought, was take it and tuck it in that little box. So I took it, did so, and closed the 4 flimsy sides to it and push it away. After a moment I saw myself taking it, it was about shoulder height, and pushing it down, down, down, until it was under my feet. I then took a step and with one foot stepped on it, and then the other. Hmph. Under my feet now, where it belongs.

And so I was given a clear powerful truth in a new way of taking authority over our thoughts. I could see ever so clearly how simple to take them and put them aside. I see that I am in Christ and I choose to think on what is true. Jesus we take thoughts by saying.

So that all the world, and mostly so that the devil and every evil entity may hear - I am not letting go of my sword. I have the Word of God. His Word does not fail. Greater is He that is in me than he that is in the world. I WILL NOT BE DEFEATED! It's already won. I live in Christ Jesus' victory. It is mine. He gave it to me, and I am His beloved.

At first I thought I wouldn't enjoy this old song because of the style. I'm so glad I put that aside because the anointing is here.

It ties right in with that seat of authority. I am sitting with Jesus in this wonderful place, and I am leaning my head on on His heart. Oh! My head, its thoughts, are leaning on His heart.

Trust in the Lord, acknowledge Him in all your ways.
