Let Your Light Shine

Have you ever sat on a beach and felt mesmerized by the beauty of the glistening waves in the ocean? Were you ever dazzled by a sparkling piece of jewelry or stunning diamond ring? Did you ever see that extra gleam or sparkle in someone’s eyes?

Did you ever wonder why people are so drawn to shiny things? If people can see the light of Christ that shines within us, they cannot help but be drawn to us with curiosity as to why we seem to possess that special inner glow, aura of peace and joy within our hearts.


Dear God,

May the light of Christ in our hearts shine so bright that others can’t help but to be drawn to us.

May we share with others our testimonies of what you have done for us so that they will know you and seek you.

Help us to love deeper for it is the greatest gift we can impart unto others.

May the sparkle in our eyes twinkle brighter with each passing day as we shine your light unto the world.
