Must a picture be URL? Can't it be from the computer?
What a pity! I fail in posting a picture. What else can I do with the posting of pictures?

Starting today August 7th, 2024, in order to post in the Married Couples, Courting Couples, or Singles forums, you will not be allowed to post if you have your Marital status designated as private. Announcements will be made in the respective forums as well but please note that if yours is currently listed as Private, you will need to submit a ticket in the Support Area to have yours changed.

Yes they have to be off an active site as CF doesn't store the images; it would take up too much storage space.
If you have a picture on your computer that you want to post, you can download it to a site like PhotoBucket, then insert it into a post.
That can be time consuming, so i usually just put in a search for the image i want; there are images just for about anything you could imagine; and you don't have to put in the url, just point at most pictures on the web, (unless it is copy righted, as it may not copy) copy and paste into the insert box. Like this:
