Hi everyone. My name is Lisa and I stumbled onto this website looking for access to Christian forms of Zumba. I am at the beginning my journey to losing 110-120 lbs. And it is Extreme Makeover....God Edition! He has been faithful and has showed me things I'd never seen before in His Word and about Worship. "Present your bodies, a living sacrifice...THIS is your WORSHIP." Oh yeah....that's what I needed to hear! I've always been a "worshipper" through music but now I can take it to a new level, not just my voice, but my whole being that's been fighting it for a very long time. God has shown me that it's okay to be uncomfortable with the discipline of exercise and proper eating. That's my living sacrifice. God underlined it for me when I got in my car after my first home workout and on the CD was playing...."Come, Now is the Time to Worship"!!!!

Thank you for sharing. I have been on the same path this year..... what has helped me a lot so far is walking. I started walking at least 10 minutes a number of times a week. I try to walk at least 10 minutes, but often walk longer. Praying for you as you start this new way of worship. God bless.
