I'm a Zelda fanatic and I have seen many likenesses when playing the games.
Christianity was supposed to be the intended religion for LoZ, but they changed it because it would compromise most of their fanbase.
This is proven by two items. The first item is primarily the Magic Book, which was originally called the Bible in Japanese releases, but its name was changed in American releases as it violated Nintedo's strict guidelines of mentioning religous content in their products. Despite this, the Cross can still be seen imprinted on the Magic Book's in-game cover sprite and in its official artwork. The second item is an actual cross in Adventure of Link, which is used to make flying moas appear visible. The Cross has also appeared engraved on the head of tombstones, and on small shields and Magic Shields in both titles.
Even in Link to the Past there is an official artwork in the booklet of link praying to a crucifix.
And in later games like OoT the 3 goddesses said to create everything on earth, before it was a barren rock. These goddesses represent Power, Courage, and Wisdom. I'm not trying to be blasphemous, but to me they resemble the holy trinity, The Father is power, The Son is courage, and The Holy Spirit is wisdom.
Also, Ganon which is the occurring antagonist (in most games) that represent greed and evil. He was originally a great blue pig demon, but ganondorf, his alter-ego, was implemented in Ocarina of Time so he could could go through Hyrule without suspicion. In every game he turns into some kind of beast in the final battle.
These are just my observations, correct me if I am wrong about anything.

The picture is true, I had the game when I was 7 and still have it, I'm a packrat.
I was play minish cap and it says that the minish descended from the sky and brought the holy light and the picori sword. I thought that was interesting. Minish Cap is once of my favorite LoZ games.
